International: 5 to 12 business days

My package shows as delivered but I have not received it

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?
